Not exactly from the family as that of the Tubastrea and/or Dendrophyllia, but this lovely rare blue azooxanthellae coral is from the Genus Oulangia, Species; Oulangia stokesiana coming from Indo-West Pacific region.
So it's not surprising that a local reefer base in Manila have some polyps in possession... actually have few polyps for sale. I tried to get a polyp or two from his collection unfortunately, my contact was not able to meet him.
